By downloading, installing, or using the xSmash mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

xSmash is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Create and manage badminton teams
• Track match statistics and results
• Connect with other players
• View rankings and achievements
• Access tactical analysis and AI insights
• Participate in tournaments

3. User Accounts

3.1 You must create an account to use certain features of the App.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration.

3.4 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. User Content

5.1 You retain ownership of content you create ("User Content").

5.2 By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it in connection with the App.

5.3 You represent that you have the right to post your User Content.

5.4 We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by xSmash and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8.2 WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8.3 USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BADMINTON STARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xSmash from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

11.2 Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11.3 You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
